Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped direct from our offices in Richland, Texas. Order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed the order.

What shipping and installation options are available?

Shipping and Installation are included at check out for orders shipped within the continental United States or Canada. Orders are shipped via ABF Freight.

 

  • All orders shipped will be subject to applicable sales tax.
  • Special installations may require additional fees and may be determined at the time of installation.

When is my order shipped?

All order are built to order and usually shipped within 4-5 weeks after we have confirmed the order and received final customer approval of stains.

Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box?

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination, or place your order by phone at 1.800.826.7856

Returns

What is your Return Policy?

Since all our products are made to order, they cannot be returned.

What if your product was not received as expected?

If you received a product in error (e.g. wrong color, wrong item, damaged, etc.) or if your table arrives and is not as indicated as approved (e.g. different color), contact us at sales@connellybilliards.com or call Customer Service at 1.800.826.7856.
